After the first session a summary letter will be sent back to the referrer. We are happy to work closely with GP’s and other treating health professionals to ensure our clients get the most comprehensive service possible.
Please include in the referral the patients email address and phone number. Privately paying patients and those seeking a Medicare rebate can book through the website by clicking the ‘Make Appointment’ in the top right corner. Those that need additional assistance with appointments should contact us at the number above to book an appointment.
Medicare Rebate -Small Gap Fee to Pay
All Australians are now eligible for 10 Medicare funded appointments. You will need to send through their Mental Health Care Plan..
In this instance there will be an out of pocket gap fee. Our gap fee is $60.00 per session.
Full Fee Paying Clients
Please get these patients to book through our website or to contact us by phone or email. A referral is appreciated; however, it is not necessary.
Note: You can also refer patients under Private Health Funds, and NDIS.
